OTSU KOU KOGAN
A hub for lake cruises and marine leisure, Otsu Port took its current form in 1998. In addition to two berths for large sightseeing vessels, piers for medium and small boats, and the Otsu Port Terminal concourse where passengers embark, the port features symbolic green space expressing its concept through art, and landscaped lawns where visitors and residents can relax year-round — a fitting entrance to Lake Biwa. Since April 2006, Biwako Kisen Co., Ltd. has managed the facility as the designated administrator.
